Purchase Policies
Is an account required to complete a purchase?
No, creating an account is optional. With Guest Checkout, you can place your order quickly and easily.
How can I make a purchase for an artwork?
Unless marked as ‘sold’, all artworks are available for purchase directly through our website. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it.
We will then follow up with a separate email to confirm that the artwork is available and that your order is being processed. If, for any reason, we’re unable to supply the artwork, we’ll notify you right away and issue a full refund.
What’s the best way to explore artworks on Quvici?
Our smart filters on the left side of the page help you narrow down your search to the pieces that suit your preferences. Once you’ve made a selection, just click on any artwork to view its details. You can then scroll down and up on the screen to browse through all the artworks that match your filters.
Can I preview the artwork in a realistic environment?
For every artwork on our website, we provide an image showing it digitally placed in a real room, helping you get a sense of scale and how it might look in a real environment.
If you already have a specific space in mind for a piece you’re interested in, you can email us a high-quality photo of your wall. We’ll be happy to create a personalized mockup for you.
Feel free to reach out to us at contact@quvici.com if you have any questions or would like more information.
How can I pay for my purchase on Quvici?
Quvici is a secure, fully transactional e-commerce platform that accepts iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque.
Which currencies are accepted for payment?
All prices on Quvici are fixed in Euros, and all purchases are processed in Euros only.
The Quvici website will automatically display prices in the currency of your country. If this is not the case, please contact us at contact@quvici.com. Conversions are based on daily exchange rates and may fluctuate, so prices shown in currencies other than Euros are for reference only.
What should I know about returning an artwork and receiving a refund?
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. For full details, please refer to the Return and Refund Policy section of this FAQ.
Is it possible to see the artwork in person before making a purchase?
All artworks are stored off-site and are not available for in-person viewing prior to purchase. As a result, we’re unable to arrange physical viewings. However, we’re happy to provide detailed images, mockups, and any additional information you may need to help with your decision. Feel free to contact us at contact@quvici.com if you have any questions.
Am I buying directly from the artist or from Quvici?
At Quvici, you purchase artworks directly from our exclusive collection, created by our own selected artist. This guarantees that every piece is 100% authentic.
Each artwork is signed and comes with an official invoice issued by Quvici, along with our own secured certificate of authenticity, providing full assurance of the artwork’s origin and legitimacy.
Shipping, Insurance and Tax
Is shipping, including insurance, free of charge?
No, Quvici offers worldwide delivery on all artworks. Every shipment is fully insured for your peace of mind. Please note, however, that import duties may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Who handles the shipping of the artworks?
We work with DHL as well as specialized fine art handling companies. The choice of carrier depends on the origin of the artwork, the destination, and any specific packaging or handling needs.
What is the estimated shipping and delivery time for my order?
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the specific artwork, its origin, the type of packaging required, and the delivery destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within two weeks. Some may be dispatched sooner, while others could take longer. Especially if special handling or packaging is needed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment and view the estimated delivery date online.
What should I do upon receiving my package?
All packages must be signed for upon delivery.
Because of the high value of the artworks, we recommend that shipments are not left unattended.
Please carefully inspect the packaging upon arrival to ensure it is in good condition before accepting the delivery.
If you’re considering a return, we also recommend keeping the original packaging, as it may be required for safe return shipping.
Do import duties and taxes apply to my order, and who pays them?
If you are purchasing an artwork that is shipped from a different country than your delivery address, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes upon receipt.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
In most cases, import ‘duties’ are equivalent to the local VAT applicable to artworks. Please note that VAT rates for art are often reduced.
If the artwork is shipped within the European Union, no import duties apply.
What countries are eligible for delivery from Quvici?
We do our best to deliver your artwork wherever you are in the world.
Some destinations may present logistical challenges, but to date, we’ve successfully delivered artworks even to the most remote locations.
