Within how many days can I return an artwork?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with the artwork, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the artwork to us.

Can I see how the artwork looks in my space before deciding to keep it?

Yes, you can. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do recommend keeping the artwork in perfect condition and retaining the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Can I change my mind and cancel the order before receiving the artwork?

Yes, of course. You can cancel your order at any time before the artwork is delivered.

How can I cancel my purchase?

Can I get a refund, and under what conditions?

If the artwork is returned in perfect condition and within our trial period, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How can I send an artwork back?

To return an artwork, please make sure it is repackaged in its original condition, using the original packaging materials provided. If the original packaging has been discarded, you will need to obtain suitable materials and ensure the artwork is securely packed for return.

Send the artwork back to Quvici using a traceable shipping method, and email all relevant shipping details, including the tracking number to contact@quvici.com.

Please note that Quvici cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or undelivered. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring the shipment when returning an artwork.

What should I do if the artwork arrives damaged?

We strongly recommend checking that the packaging is in good condition before accepting the delivery.

If, unfortunately, your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging it arrived in. Email these to us immediately at contact@quvici.com, including your order number and letting us know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

We will get back to you promptly and arrange the return of the damaged artwork.

How do reimbursements work once I’ve returned an artwork?

We will issue your refund quickly via the original payment method used at checkout

Who covers the return shipping expenses?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the artwork arrived damaged.
